Created: Fri Apr 24Updated: Fri Apr 24

Overview

Robert Duncan, known as "The Saint," is the author of The Matrix Deciphered (November 8, 2010), a book exposing alleged U.S. Department of Defense and CIA mind control technologies tested on civilians.

Background

According to Duncan's own account:

  • Prep school education with Harvard College graduation in computer science (honors) and premedical minor

  • Advanced degrees from Harvard and Dartmouth in business and science

  • Former employee of Dorn & Margolin Inc., a major defense subcontractor in radar design (now owned by EDO Corporation)

Motivation

Duncan states his motivation was "to help consolidate the technical information about the most advanced, secret military weapons being tested on civilians throughout the world" and to provide test victims with reference material for police officers, psychiatrists, and family members.

He notes that "the majority of the proceeds of this book will go towards helping the psychotronic experiment survivors and surviving families of those that have perished."

Key Claims

Duncan asserts:

  • Direct experience as a test subject in MKULTRA/EEG heterodyning programs

  • Access to classified information through FOIA, military documents, victim testimony, and turned agents

  • Knowledge of TAMI (Thought Amplifier and Mind Interface) technology used for "amplifying and multiplying toxic minds onto other people"

  • Evidence that the CIA continues MKULTRA experiments unchanged since the 1950s

Quote

> "I still hold valid the oath I took to keep secret the details of the projects that I worked on under DoD budgets. The majority of the proceeds of this book will go towards helping the psychotronic experiment survivors and surviving families of those that have perished."
